Downloading and interpreting channeled information allows one to access new doorways in consciousness. These access points are a means by which the conscious mind extends beyond its existing corridors into new and unexplored territories.
Channeling guides us to new frontiers in consciousness, broadening and expanding the territories of our own existence. This is the essence of life school on Earth - to broaden and mature consciousness in preparation for moving to the next dimension of existence.
The skill of channeling can be used to access any energy you want to expand or enhance in your environment. It can be used to access the probable reality where the energies we seek exist in greater intensity.
This allows us to create an energetic field where these frequencies exist and expand and bring focus to them. With channeling, we cultivate a tool for accessing what is already there through intention and focused expansion into an energetic field. In essence, we are simultaneously drawing into our experience and merging with the energy we choose to energize and enhance in our environment.
As we expand into this energetic field, we undergo clearings that allow us to release energies that are not in resonance with the new realities we're expanding into. This energetic field continuously draws into it whatever it needs to expand and grow. For example, expansion and growth in a quality such as love draws lessons that help us develop a greater understanding of love. Depending on our level of soul development, these lessons may or may not be intense or dramatic. By choosing to see everything that happens in our life as an opportunity for spiritual growth, we can move through such “clearings” with a sense of joy and gratitude.
Through our own continued growth and expansion, we hold a space for others who are seeking to grow in their understandings and evolve past old programming and beliefs. Developing our channeling skill allows us to further serve the planet through an expanded awareness that amplifies the energies of higher dimensions, making them more accessible for all who open to experience them.
As you energize and align with fifth-dimension energies, opportunities will arise to join with others to incubate the dream of the New Earth.
Building a Bridging Identity
Part of building this dream is creating a bridging identity able to “walk in two worlds,” so to speak. This dual self will continue to carry out the tasks associated with living in the reality where you are currently focused while at the same time, planting seeds in the new time with your focus, intention and desire. This bridging identity will be able to walk daily in both worlds, one manifest, the other unseen except in your inner world.
This bridging identity will allow you to merge more fully with energies of the new time. This identity will derive from a future self. To the degree that your resonance allows you to forge a union, this future self will be able to lend its energy and guidance. As you direct your intention and consciousness toward this future “you”, locating this self in the timeframe where it exists, you are able to blend with its thoughts and feelings.
Cultivating Skills of Blending and Harmonizing
In the future, "blending" is a technique that is common. You already do this to an extent. When you spend time with another, you harmonize your energies and blend with them. Often you will find you know things about this person that they haven't told you. You may begin to develop new skills based on their knowledge and understandings. This is an equal sharing as they draw on your knowledge and experience as well.
Intuitive counseling works in much the same way. For a short time, you step inside an intuitive’s consciousness and see yourself through the eyes of spirit. Healing can take place instantly as you view yourself with complete love and compassion. It is in this moment that you see your gifts and your woundedness side by side as well as the threads connecting them. As you receive the message of your sacred wound, you effectively step off the karmic wheel.
The Nature of the Sacred Wound
Early in each lifetime, a sacred wound is "stamped" on the consciousness, usually through a set of circumstances, though it can be a single incident. Sacred wounds can be created through illness, accidents, family turmoil, and seemingly insurmountable challenges. At the root, a sacred wound is a karmic lesson carried over from past lifetimes. Throughout the life, each person begins the quest to gain the understanding that will satisfy their karmic lessons this time around. Once this lesson is satisfied, one is able to effectively achieve emotional freedom and step off the karmic wheel. Once free of enslaving emotions and impulses, the conscious mind is free to join in partnership with the higher self to rewrite the plan for the rest of the life on Earth. This plan usually involves creating a way to use one's talents,earthly knowledge and spiritual wisdom to assist others with their own process of awakening. Once a person's consciousness awakens, they experience a natural desire to assist others in awakening.
Awakened Consciousness is the New Time
Imagine you "wake up" in a darkened room and see others sleeping around you. Upon closer examination, you see the room is filled with dust and cobwebs and the air is stale. Your first impulse is to throw open the doors and windows to let in fresh air and sunlight, then begin nudging the others awake.
When one person awakens and begins nudging others to awaken them, all the universe cheers. Much guidance and assistance is downloaded to the one who throws open the doors and windows of their consciousness to be the eyes and ears and hands and feet of spirit on Earth. This awakening allows you to become spirit incarnate on Earth. This is possible by embracing your sacred wound, opening to its message and using this wisdom to heal yourself throughout time. Once this is done, you're able to still step off the karmic wheel and unite Heaven and Earth.
Many souls chose to incarnate at this time when the elevated energies on the Earth plane would facilitate the awakening process. Many advanced souls were chosen to anchor the light at this time. Others came to represent other points along the energetic spectrum. This is a critical time when all of time is held in a microcosm where dark and light join hands in a way that allows human consciousness to take a great leap forward.

As you expand your beliefs and perception to take in more of who you are, you gain access to one of your most important assets: your future self. This may be your self in the future of your present lifetime, or in a future life (We will point out here that you are the future self of all your younger “selves”).
While it is true that all your selves exist simultaneously in one infinite moment of now, your focus or movement through your various lifetimes, each with its complement of “identity selves,” can be perceived (and perhaps from a conscious perspective, more easily understood) through the lens of linear progression.
For purposes of clarity, we refer to those selves holding fewer understandings as "past selves" and those with a greater number of understandings than your present moment as "future selves." From this perspective, when we speak of progression, we are describing the development of understandings throughout your various existences and reality experiences. In your past, you have experienced realities with fewer understandings than you have now. In what you think of as your future, you have greater insight and understanding into who you are and the purpose of your spiritual journey throughout time.
Inviting Your Future Self as a Guide
When we speak of future selves, we refer to selves that exist in other time/space realities that hold understandings which you have not yet attained. By this definition, your future self is capable of assisting and guiding you in consciousness.
In the future there is a "you" that has obtained mastery consciousness. To the extent that you are in resonance with this "mastery self," you are able to receive its assistance and guidance. (We offer insights on creating this resonance in the discussion titled Steps to Raising Your Vibration, Parts 1-3). You have other future selves that exist at all points along the spectrum between your present level of consciousness and your mastery self. Those nearest your present moment are in closest resonance with you and therefore easier to access.
Your present rate of spiritual development determines the extent to which your future selves are able to assist you. If you are rapidly growing and expanding, it is likely this growth trajectory will multiply exponentially, paving the way for future selves in the next 2-5 years to serve as guides for your present-moment self. If you are rapidly expanding your consciousness, your near- future selves will be spiritually adept at traveling back in consciousness to assist you and to serve as a wise and uplifting presence. Aligning in this way opens the door to quantum spiritual growth. It is quantum spiritual growth that brings you into closer resonance with your "mastery self," further igniting the fires of transformation in your life. The more you are a vibrational match for your mastery self, the more this self is able to assist and guide you.
Many who have been following their spiritual path for years are now being called to serve as spiritual channels to help usher in the new time on Planet Earth.
By the time the idea has arrived for you to become a spiritual channel,this possibility is a seed already planted in your consciousness by your higher self. All this seed needs to grow and become a part of your physical reality is your intention for this to happen and your willingness to do what it takes to energize this reality into your physical world.
The first step to manifest this reality is to adopt the identity and timeline of a spiritual channel. When you set the intention to shift your identity to embrace the vision of yourself as a channel, you will be presented with several tests. These tests are rites of passage to bring a new version of yourself into the world. This initially comes in the form of people and circumstances that reflect your own uncertainties and doubts. Even if you don't speak about your decision to become a spiritual channel, you will telepathically broadcast your decision to the universe. It is through this broadcast that you draw to you circumstances that help you examine and confront your own doubts and concerns.
For example, if you have concerns that this path will lead you to seemingly lose control of your life, you will manifest circumstances in your life that allow you to examine your concerns about losing control. It is your present identity self that will hold the greatest concern about this decision, as it will soon be abdicating its position in the driver’s seat to the new identity self. An existing identity self only holds the power you give it. If you are over-identified with your present identity -- with your physical reality, in other words -- you will likely be challenged in this area.
The best way to work through such challenges is to see that “you” in the infinite sense are not your identity selves though each identity you hold and any aspect of your consciousness that represents that identity is intricately a part of who you are. Thank your current identity self for all it has done for you. Ask it to work with the new identity self you are developing to help you explore your identity as a channel. In this way, you are able to complete with your present reality before shifting to a new one.
As you examine any fears and concerns you have around channeling, you will be more at peace with this new part of yourself. You're not turning your consciousness over to other entities. Rather, you're allowing a wise and expanded part of your own consciousness to speak to you and offer guidance and answers.
Once you make peace with past and current focus selves, you will begin receiving visions and guidance on how to align further with your new identity and timeline as a spiritual channel.
Heightened energies are now opening portals in consciousness that allow many who have been following their spiritual path to expand their ability to receive intuitive guidance. Those who have been teaching, sharing and growing in their understandings will now be able to step into an even stronger role as direct conduits for spirit. Some will become spiritual channels.
Becoming a World Server
The willingness to step into the next level of your mission is an important aspect of becoming a channel. To open to channel, you will be asked to step into new levels of joy, new levels of self-responsibility, and new levels of compassion and spiritual communion. It is your willingness to step into the higher vibrational aspects of your being that allows you to become a world server. As a world server, every step you take, every effort you undertake, will be intricately linked with lifting up the Earth and all its inhabitants.
Becoming Emotionally Transparent
One of the greatest challenges a channel faces is remaining in an open and detached state no matter what comes before them. Allowing fear, anger, or other dense emotions to enter into your perceptions closes down the higher flow into your consciousness and locks you into physical-based beliefs and programming. To serve as a channel, it is important to remain in a loving, compassionate place open to the higher message of all that happens. This may not be easy at times. Events in the world can seem outrageous and even horrific at times. If you allow yourself to become emotionally pulled into the whirlpool of what is happening you will not be able to help yourself or anyone else.
Understanding the higher meaning and purpose of a situation -- the spiritual message in other words -- and seeing all those involved in the situation with love, compassion and empathy - is a healing tonic for the suffering in the world.
Practicing Detachment and Acceptance
You may need to practice remaining in a place of detachment and love. Detachment is not indifference but trust in the higher order of things, even if you don't understand why something is happening. Practice seeing the world in this way. Go through your day seeing the world through the eyes of your higher self. Your higher self has no opinions. It does not take offense. It embraces and accepts what is and sees every moment surrounded with a golden light that radiates the essence of unconditional love. Every person you see no matter what they are saying or doing is spirit incarnate – a soul seeking to understand love in the best way it knows how.
