Consciousness Mapping: Projecting Your Consciousness to Other Locations in Time and Space
Each person is able to project their consciousness to any desired location in time and space. You can project your consciousness to a point in the past where you’re able to view past events from an expanded perspective. Seeing an old situation in a new and expanded way helps you "see-through" any emotional densities you may have assigned to events at a time when your understandings were not as great as they are now.
As you continue to expand spiritually, you can extend your consciousness into other locations in time and space. The possibilities are endless and only limited by the scope of your imagination. You can visit another location on Earth, another location anywhere in the universe and at any point in time - past or future. Once you have projected your consciousness into a location, it becomes a point on the map of your consciousness you can return to. Your travels in consciousness become part of your memory field.
These “memories” are as real as any others; they are part of who you are. Being able to project your consciousness into a much larger perspective is emotionally freeing. That is because you are able to see the bigger picture of what is happening at the moment. Stepping beyond the confines of your physical existence allows you to see the interconnectedness of all things. Any time you’re able to shift from the small picture of what you’re experiencing to the larger picture, you are able to understand the meaning of what’s happening. When you can project your consciousness into the bigger picture, you make decisions from a broader framework.
When you project your consciousness into the point on the map where you are creating your future, you’re able to make conscious adjustments in your present efforts. It’s not that you’re creating new spaces in consciousness; you're simply stretching into more of what’s already there. Just as the map is not the road, your current understandings and the points on the map you have discovered so far are not the totality of your consciousness. Your experiences are points on the map of your infinite consciousness.
Discovering and Healing Past Traumas
As you learn to chart and access other aspects of yourself, you may become aware of inner wounds you have carried over into your present lifetime. You’re able to track through time to other “yous” still experiencing traumatic or troubling events. These other “yous” experiencing trauma broadcast signals through time that you continuously pick up on until you heal the wound within yourself. It’s by coming into awareness of these other “yous” that you are able to free your spirit from past events and gain the understandings you were seeking by creating the original events.
Visiting a Future Creation
Just as you can heal your past within your present moment, you can also visit your future to gain important knowledge and information. You do this by looking at your dreams and visions of what you want to create in this lifetime. Track your intended
creations into the future to witness their arrival in physical reality. You do this through the eyes of future “yous” within this lifetime. This allows you to fine-tune your creations and learn from the aspects of yourself who have completed the
experiences that are “in progress” within your present moment.
You can learn how to live your life right now by visiting your last day on Earth in this lifetime. During this visit, you may receive information of important undertakings that might be left undone if you stay on your present course. In this way, you are
able to make course adjustments now. You can also visit your next lifetime to see what will be "carried over" from this lifetime that you could clear up and resolve now.

Dissolving Barriers to Enhanced Life Force Flow
The emotions can be a source of static that blocks the free flow of life force energy. It is important to examine and bring to awareness emotional triggers so their source can be healed.
Negative Feelings Bind You to What You Don't Want
Negative feelings bind you to what you don't want. A willingness to examine the message of negative feelings can unlock many insights and bring emotional freedom. If you are harboring any thoughts of blame of victimhood, this will only attract more of the same experiences into your life. Negative or toxic emotions over time destroy the body's ability to take in life force energy and oxygenate the cells. Diseases such as cancer often derive from emotions such as aged and chronic anger.
A first step on the path to spiritual understanding and emotional healing is forgiveness. Forgiveness is foremost forgiveness of self. You are forgiving yourself for any past misunderstandings. This is accompanied by an acceptance that everything that has happened to you was helping you learn and grow. Others have played roles in your dramas to help you experience inner conflicts in physical reality. When releasing negative emotions about the past, it may also be helpful to see how others - even those who took part in creating painful circumstances - play the role of reflecting to you something about your self. The next step might be to see the greater lesson you are learning from a situation. Another step is to accept the lesson, and still another, to express gratitude for it. As you express gratitude for a lesson, you can also feel gratitude for those who assisted you in creating the experience.
The essential journey of all souls is to seek out and understand the complete array of earthly experiences and distill those understandings into the ever evolving wisdom of the soul. In this way, the dark is no less than the light. The balancing point weighs equal energies of dark and light.

Accessing a Wider Range of Your Infinite Being
In the past, it may have seemed you were limited to the confines of your current identity self in terms of resources and abilities. Within the expanded energies of the fifth dimension, you will find it easier to access a wider range of your overall being. The key to accessing this broader range of your self is to embrace the infinite nature of your being. This means embracing that you are a multidimensional and multifaceted being with an infinite repertoire of "selves." Each of the selves has a full complement of accompanying identities, talents and abilities you can call upon.
In fact, when it is time for you to make the acquaintance of a new part of your being, your subconscious in cooperation with your guides and higher self, will set the stage for this to happen in physical reality by triggering the thoughts and desires that prompt you to reach out to a new aspect of your being.
Know that whatever spirit is asking of you within the moment, there is an aspect of yourself that can answer the call. Allowing the greatness of your being is simply a matter of accepting and allowing these many aspects of yourself to play a role in your life. This requires a high level of trust and surrender on the part of your conscious mind and its current “identity self”. We are not talking about a blind trust but a trust aligned with your inner knowing, your spiritual purpose and your highest vision.
The Importance of Embracing Your Entire Being
The single most important step in aligning with the energies of the New Earth is understanding the true nature of your being. That is, your multidimensional nature, which allows you to experience simultaneously different timeframes and dimensions. If you believe that a great deal (if not all) of your being exists within your conscious mind, it will be difficult to step into the fifth dimension. There is a misunderstanding on the Earth plane that your conscious mind represents the whole of your existence. This is a limited perspective that dramatically reduces a person's field of possibilities, cutting them off from the vast wealth of their inner resources.
When a person begins to awaken to the true nature of their being, they often feel confused by the realization that they are multifaceted with many aspects existing beyond the realm of their conscious mind. This perception may lead them to question their sanity or at best leave them feeling bewildered and overwhelmed.
In order to come into a place of peace with your true nature, release the need to only interact through the lens of your conscious mind. Be willing to enter the domain of your subconscious by practicing what you might refer to as "trust," "faith," and "belief." Faith naturally evolves into a “knowing” that allows you to work with and interact with aspects of your self that exist beyond the auspices of your conscious mind.
When you "know" you have multidimensional aspects of your consciousness and you seek to unite with these aspects, you’re able to create beyond the realm of your conscious existence.
Allowing the Full Spectrum of Human Possibility
In order to experience the full spectrum of human possibility, you have chosen at times to don a cloak of invisibility, so to speak. Under this cloak, your true nature was hidden from you. Your bright light was dimmed. This dimming of your light afforded you the great gift of humility. Experiencing life veiled from the great powers of your being allowed you the gift of perspective, insight and compassion. It gave you the opportunity to awaken and remember that you are a vast and powerful being. This ability to find your way home alone through the darkness helped you discover, appreciate and understand the true nature of your being. It allowed you to experience new opportunities and reconnect with your spiritual powers.
As older souls, you have moved through many realms of human experience. You know what it is like to struggle and feel vulnerable. You know what it is like to experience feelings of helplessness and to experience various forms of physical illness. You chose to undertake this full range of experience as part of your journey here. Now many are being called to move further along the spectrum of human experience. This is the empowered phase of the spectrum where you pull away your cloak of invisibility and "see" with your inner eyes how it is possible for you to move to the next level. The shape of this experience is different for each person, depending on their individual purpose and where they are in the realization of it.
Each path has in common the moments when another veil is pulled away and a new field of possibility appears. For some, this will mean seeing how you can come into a place of allowing things to happen rather than struggling with each step. This may mean coming into a joyful collaboration with spirit. However this manifests for you, it will involve a greater acceptance of the powerful capabilities of your spirit.
You Already Have Everything You Need
As you open to your expanded capabilities, you will likely come into a deeper realization that the resources you need to activate your purpose are available and accessible by "thinking outside the box." In other words, allowing yourself to experiment with a new idea, new technique or way of being. This usually involves stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing a previously “unknown" aspect of your being that your spiritual guidance has revealed to you.
As you expand into the greatness of your being, resources and abundance flow proportionately to support new aspects activated by the expansion.

Joy is the Feeling State of Abundance
Joy happens within the moment. Joy activates the soul. True joy comes from following the higher purpose of your soul. Joy is something you experience now. If you feel there are reasons why you can’t experience joy right now, begin to create reasons why you can. If you're looking to the future to allow joy into your life, it may always remain just out of your reach.
Joy radiates from the center of your being. If you're looking outside yourself for joy, you will not find it. You won’t find joy in any situation that enslaves you to outer outcomes and situations.
Emotional Freedom is the Key to Experiencing Joy
It is usually emotions that snare you into joyless situations. That is why the key to experiencing joy is emotional freedom. If you find yourself in any situation or relationship that is not bringing you joy, it’s time to examine your beliefs. You will want to look closely to see if you hold any beliefs that say you must do anything that doesn't bring you joy. Often, when you look deeply into circumstances devoid of joy, you find that at the root the belief that you believe you don't deserve joy.
As a Divine being, your birthright is all the love, abundance and joy the universe has to offer. If you believe otherwise, it’s time to transform these beliefs to bring them into alignment with the Divine perfection of your spirit.
You're not obligated to do anything that doesn’t bring you joy. You’re not obligated to spend time with those who drain your energy, dishonor or disrespect you. As a Divine being, you can look at each person through the eyes of spirit and see what, if anything, you can do to help heal or assist them. If a person insists on remaining in a negative feeling state, you don’t have to allow them to pull down your energy. It is never for your highest good or that of another to lower your resonance in this way.
Focus on the Blessings in Your Life
Spend time appreciating what you have, noticing the moments of small blessings as you go through your day. Nature is a portal into joy. Notice flowers and sky. Notice the full moon through the trees. Notice night sounds in the woods. Notice the way the sun radiates off the surface of water.
Notice where you place your attention. Where do you put your time, energy and focus? It’s important to spend time in ways that help you in realize your highest good.
Create a ‘Joy’ List
Make a list of what you love, what brings you joy. What you love is directly linked to your spiritual purpose. The things on your joy list that you feel most drawn to right now represent steps you can take in your present moment to fulfill your spiritual purpose. As you take these steps, the path unfolds before you. In this sense, all roads lead to the same place. Don’t be concerned with what you "must" do now. Allow your journey to be a joyful dance with spirit as you allow each moment to unfold its own beauty and perfection.
Scarcity Consciousness and Joylessness Go Hand in Hand
If you resist doing what you feel most drawn to within the moment, if you resist doing what brings you joy right now, you're pushing away the feeling state of joy and the abundance that naturally flows through this doorway. Ironically, many resist doing what is most joyful to them because they are enslaved by thoughtforms that they must work hard at joyless occupations to manifest abundance. By denying joy, they push away the abundance they are seeking!
Every moment of every day you're receiving "cues" from your environment of the next step you can take on your journey of self-realization and joy. Begin each day by asking yourself what you can do that brings you joy. Give yourself permission to act on the answers. As you place your focus on joy, you will naturally know how to handle any challenges that come before you. When you're in a state of joy, your energy field is open and flowing. Information, guidance and life force energy pulses through you. You are open and receptive to guidance and feelings of well-being.
Many of you have settled for what passes for joy in your life, feeling it is impossible for you to be truly joyful. You will always find this circumstance disappointing. You will only have true joy in your life when you bring your focus to allowing it. Don't settle for anything less than this no matter what is going on around you.
Merging with Your Spiritual Purpose
You don't have to know the specifics of your spiritual purpose. It is enough to set an intention to align with your purpose for this lifetime. See this intention entering the cells of your body. Align your energy and your resources with your spiritual purpose. In time, you will begin to make different decisions in how you spend your time. As you take steps based on your intention to follow your spiritual purpose, it will begin to take form in your life. You'll find yourself drawn to new people, situations and ideas.
Joy is Self-Love and Appreciation
Part of joy is experiencing love and compassion for yourself. Value who you are. Value the gifts you have to offer, value your time. You do not owe anyone your time. Take charge of how you spend your time. Affirm you are a unique and Divine being and this will be your experience.
Much energy is available for those who are on their spiritual path at this time. If you are aligned with your intention and your joy, if you hold the intention to assist with the healing and transformation of the planet, much abundance is available to you now.
There are times when you will need to say no to others. Dependency is not for your highest good; nor is it for the highest good of others’ to validate their choice to live in a state of crisis. This sends the message to others that they can command your attention by creating crises. The way to experience joy in your life is to respect and honor your time. When others respect and honor you, validate this behavior by rewarding them with your attention.
The path of joy involves accepting all that has been in the past. Release the past, never looking back in regret. Open to receive the message of the experiences you created. Release the past by loving it and expressing gratitude for it.
You will not experience true abundance as long as you resist doing the things that bring you joy. Each moment you allow yourself to move along the path of joy is an opportunity to experience greater love and abundance. As you allow yourself to experience joy and abundance, you will become magnetic to people and circumstances aligned with these frequencies. From this place of alignment, more love and abundance will naturally flow into your life. We offer here some ways to cultivate the path of joy in your life, opening to receive greater love and abundance and blessings.
This is where you begin to act through joy - to choose and do things based on the joy they bring you. As you explore all the things that bring you joy, you come face-to-face with your spiritual purpose. If you're not sure of your exact purpose, just begin doing what brings you joy and you will soon find it.
Begin each day by affirming it is another glorious opportunity to experience joy. Hone your gifts and talents and share these with others. This is another day to step into the unlimited abundance of spirit. Having a goal and purpose for everything you do allows you to examine each proposed activity to see if it adds meaning and joy to your life or if it is just another empty, meaningless activity void of fulfillment. Observe if what others are asking of you is for your highest and best and for theirs. Examine if staying at a job that has grown stale is for your highest good. Learn to read the subtext of your life. By staying at a job where you feel in undervalued and unappreciated, you are affirming it is the same as saying you're not worthy of anything better, that you are in effect the one doing the undervaluing and under appreciating, and others are simply mirroring this to you.
Ways to cultivate the path of joy in your life:
One) spend time in nature
Two) notice where you place your focus and attention
Three) create a joy list
Four) focus on the blessings in your life
Five) create emotional freedom. End self-sabotage
Six) Value and honor your time and energy and learn how when to say no to others
Seven) cultivate your imagination. This is your doorway to experiencing joy
Eight) be here now
Nine) practice discernment with others
10) read the subtext of your actions to learn any ways you are buying into scarcity
11) build a new vision for your life
12) align with your spiritual purpose

'Amping Up' Life Force Flow through Spiritual Renewal
Spiritual purpose and life force flow go hand in hand. In this way, spiritual purpose plays an important role in creating health. It’s also the flow of life force into one’s life that determines the realities that can be accessed. There are ways to amp up the amount of life force energy flowing into your life.
With each year that passes, there's either a moving toward the realization of the deepest longing of one’s soul or a moving away from it. Those who have taken their meaning solely from the outer world will begin to notice an empty feeling that is often accompanied by a physical breakdown over time. By contrast, those who have built a bridge to higher consciousness will experience renewal and rejuvenation that allows them to exude a vitality and timelessness as they grow older.
Life force energy arrives proportionate to the amount that’s needed. Those who make an effort to discover their spiritual mission and carry it out in whatever means available receive the life force energy needed to do this. By contrast, those who retreat into illusion, seeking only the comfort of distraction and entertainment, suffer a stagnancy that shuts down the flow of life force energy over time.
When life force energy is shut down or stagnant for long periods, the physical body starts to “amp down,” and the spirit begins to withdraw from the life. At the physical level, you can measure life force in terms of the oxygenation of cells. A lack of oxygen most always results in physical disease. This is the physical explanation for disease that reflects the spiritual withdrawal of life force energy from the body.
The good news is that regardless of how far a person has traveled off course,
regardless of the current state of a person’s physical being, this energy can most always be turned around through spiritual renewal.
12 Steps to Creating Spiritual Renewal
We offer here 12 steps for creating spiritual renewal:
1) Identify your life purpose and ask your guides to reveal to you the steps to fulfilling this purpose. If you don't know yet what your life purpose is, begin reading the energy of your entire life to look for clues. Write your autobiography and examine the energy and essence of all major milestones. Everything that has ever been created in your life has been designed to carry you further into the realization of this purpose. Make lists of your strengths and weaknesses, the things you love, your talents, and your deepest desires. These are further clues to the nature of your life purpose.
2) Set aside time each day for silence and meditation.
3) Learn to still your mind by practicing concentration skills. Concentrating the attention on a candle flame for 10 minutes each day while releasing all thoughts will help still and focus the mind.
4) Eat a diet that consists of primarily live foods.
5) Fast periodically to clean and detox the body and help release yourself from over involvement in the physical world.
6) Develop your intuition. Recording and interpreting your dreams each day is a good way to begin developing intuition. Also, make a practice of listening to the still, small voice within you and observe how the information it offers assists you throughout your day.
7) Create a list of the 10 things you most dearly desire to create and ask your guides to show you steps you can take to begin creating these desires now. Look to see how each item on your Ten Most Wanted list is aligned with your life purpose.
8) Have a goal, purpose, and activity for everything you do.
9) Engage in some sort of physical activity each day. It is especially beneficial to incorporate physical activity such as yoga that unifies mind, body and spirit.
10) Make time each day for creative play. Write in a journal, paint, take a long walk in nature. Do what gives you joy.
11) Find some way to share your gifts and talents with others.
12) Clear clutter in your life. Clean out closets, drawers, your house, car, and everywhere unused items accumulate. Release everything you no longer need. This includes old feelings you may be holding onto. Practice gratitude and forgiveness and release the past so you can step more fully into the present moment.
