She is the essence of all that is Love. Look in the mirror. Stare deeply into your own eyes and you will see her reflected back at you.
When you need to get in touch with your inner being, an exercise in guided imagery can help you make the transition from your everyday thinking to heightened awareness. Take a few minutes to make this journey. Before you begin, find time to be alone. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position in a place that feels safe to you. Take three deep breaths. Standing at the door is a woman dressed in soft, flowing robes of muted colors. She carries with her a journal, closed with a clasp of pure platinum. She invites you to sit with her, and as you sit together, she opens her journal. You see that her hands are beautifully radiant. She begins to write and allows you to see what she is writing. Her words are your thoughts. There is the question you pondered yesterday. And following the question, is the answer, so simple and easy to understand. Then, she stands, places the journal in your hands and bids you good-by. Your experience with her reminds you that you have perfect knowledge and understanding if you will but stop to listen to your inner voice.
