Eclipses trigger needed change, which everyone experiences to a certain degree. Those with planets within an hour of the eclipse will feel the energies most strongly. The April 29th solar eclipse takes place at 8°52' Taurus, affecting most strongly those with Taurus sun and ascendant, those with Scorpio Sun and ascendant, those with any planet or point within 9° of 8° Taurus.
